With the increase in activity from the DOL, EEOC, plaintiffs and others, non-compliance with employment laws is becoming riskier.  Home Care employers need to be aware of the requirements of state and federal law as well as the most common mistakes and misunderstandings that lead to non-compliance.  This session will review some of the most common mistakes made by Home Care employers, why they are mistakes and provide strategies to avoid them, including assessing key HR policies and procedures that are relevant to the issues.
