An effective and robust Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program that is individualized to your agency's needs is key to your agency's ongoing improvement and success.  With the expanded Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) model,  the role of the effective QAPI program within the organization will be even more significant. This presentation will focus on the primary goal of a QAPI program and its components and will provide a detailed step-by-step guide for developing a successful QAPI program within a home health organization.
