Coming Together: Managing Caseloads and Preventing Field Staff Burnout

This session will discuss strategies that have helped Team Select balance caseloads and prevent staff burnout. Attendees will learn how to take onboarding and experience into account as well as identify and provide support to those who need it. Team Select uses a combination of face-to-face interaction and technology to assist their staff members and make sure they can get help even when they are in a patient, home providing care. The session will also cover how providers can use data proactively to identify burnout risks and foster a culture of satisfied field staff.
