Instructions

1. 1. If your agency purchased the agency package, please contact your agency for the on-demand registration form. Once you submit the registration form, you will have access to this content. 
      
      
   2. Please make sure you are logged in to the Learning Center in the top right corner. It should say 'My Account' if you are properly logged in.
      
      
   3. Find the session that you would like to view in the list above and click on it. 
      
      
   4. Scroll to the bottom of that page and click "View the Recording." You must view the entire recording before the session survey and/or quiz will unlock. If you successfully complete the session evaluation or quiz, you will be emailed your certificate automatically (please check spam folder). You will also be able to retrieve your certificate from the “my account” feature in the top right and click on “My Certificates”. 
      
      
   5. You will be able to redeem on-demand session CE’s until October 20, 2023. After this they will not be available to redeem.
