The Direct Care Workforce Collaborative's purpose is to work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and move forward strategies to support the recruitment and retention of Colorado's direct care workforce.

This kick-off meeting covers a brief background on current direct care worker needs and trends, and what has already been accomplished – such as identifying the direct care workforce as a priority, enhanced trainings and stakeholder engagement.
